Should you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, a 48 hour notice will be required as to provide optimum scheduling opportunities for all clients. All cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% fee of originally scheduled services. This fee will be due prior to scheduling any future appointments. If a deposit was collected for the appointment and a cancellation occurred with less than 48 hours notice, that deposit forfeited and a new deposit will be required prior to services being rescheduled. If you do not show up for scheduled appointments and you have not cancelled within the allotted time frame, payment in full for scheduled services will be required prior to scheduling future appointments.If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you may be required to reschedule and any deposits made will be forfeited.
My goal is to make every guest fall in love with their hair and themselves. If you are having issues with the results of the services provided, contact me within one week (7 days) of your appointment and I will be more than happy to make adjustments to your original service with no additional charges. (This does not include complete color changes or if the client changes their mind). I do not offer refunds on services as the time and product has already been used. All deposits made on appointments are non-refundable. All gift cards/gift certificates are non-refundable but may be used to purchase product.
