Should you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, a 48 hour notice will be required as to provide optimum scheduling opportunities for all clients. All cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 25% fee of originally scheduled services. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% fee of originally scheduled services. Same day cancellations as well as no shows will be charged for the appointment in its entirety. This fee will be due immediately and ability to schedule any future appointments will be suspended until fees are paid in full. If a deposit was collected for the appointment and a cancellation occurred with less than 48 hours notice, that deposit forfeited and a new deposit will be required prior to services being rescheduled. Clients who are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you may be required to reschedule and any deposits made will be forfeited.
My goal is to make every guest fall in love with their hair and themselves. If you are having issues with the results of the services provided, contact me within one week (7 days) of your appointment and I will be more than happy to make adjustments to your original service with no additional charges. (This does not include complete color changes or if the client changes their mind). I do not offer refunds on services as the time and product has already been used. All deposits made on appointments are non-refundable. All gift cards/gift certificates are non-refundable but may be used to purchase product.
